Rev. Dr. Glenn Rice is the Senior Pastor, and has served at Oak Hill since July 1996. A native of Connecticut, Glenn served churches in Maine and New Hampshire before coming to Oxford, MA. He holds a BA in Theology, a Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.), and a Doctorate of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Cindy have three adult sons and three daughters by love, and they enjoy time spent with their seven grandsons and two granddaughters. The Rices make their home in Dudley. Glenn also serves as the President of Berkshire Christian College (www.berkshire.edu).

Amy Alves currently serves as the Ministry Coordinator here at Oak Hill. She is a trained Spiritual Director with a background in Christian Life Coaching who loves seeing others flourish in their gifting. When she's not spending time with her family, she loves adventuring with God in His creation, reading, visiting with friends, and eating quality ice cream.

Mr. & Mrs. Bob and Sandy Warfield are the custodians and maintenance persons for the church. They have served at Oak Hill since 2005. They have two adult children and two grandchildren and make their home in Sutton.

Rev. Josh Alves is the Teaching Pastor and has served at Oak Hill since July 2019. He holds a certificate in Visual Communications, is an accomplished author/illustrator, and is a graduate of the Leadership Development Network. Josh also serves as a Field Director for the Ministry Training Institute (MTI).  Originally from Rhode Island, he and his wife Amy previously lived in Maine for 17 years where they served the church in Bangor. They now live in Oxford with their four children.
